In collaboration with the Minnesota Department of Human Services and West Central Initiative, the Center for the Study of Child Care Employment (CSCCE) at the University of California, Berkeley is conducting a Supportive Environmental Quality Underlying Adult Learning (SEQUAL) survey among programs in Minnesota. The SEQUAL tool is a way for teaching staff to provide feedback about their workplace and focuses on how the workplace supports the development of their knowledge and skills on the job.
CSCCE researchers will be reaching out to centers selected for participation in the next few weeks. Selected centers will receive an email with a link to the survey. Participation is voluntary.
