Registration

Registration for the 2019 Child Welfare Conference will be completed for individual sessions through the WebEx platform. Once you click on the 'Register' button for an individual session, you will be redirected to the State of Minnesota WebEx site to complete your registration process. Registration will be available for different events that will be available on the schedule or below.


Unconference sessions

November 8  — Equity and Diversity

Unconference hosted by Saint Louis County

  • Where: Mount Iron Community Center, 8586 Enterprise Drive South, Mountain Iron, Minnesota 55768
  • When: 9 a.m. — 3 p.m.
  • What: A conference organized, structured and led by the people attending it and the issues that matter to them. This one-day event will feature opportunities for participants to engage in discussion, networking, and reflection. The agenda could consist of multiple peer-driven workshops, large and small group discussions, and regional focus areas. Bring your questions, experiences, and expertise and get ready to experience conferencing in a whole new way.

November 15 — Professional Partnerships and Development

Unconference hosted by Lower Sioux Community

  • Where: Jackpot Junction Casino & Hotel, 39375 County Highway 24 Morton, Minnesota 56270 
  • When: 9 a.m. — 3 p.m.
  • What: A conference organized, structured and led by the people attending it and the issues that matter to them. This one-day event will feature opportunities for participants to engage in discussion, networking, and reflection. The agenda could consist of multiple peer-driven workshops, large and small group discussions, and regional focus areas. Bring your questions, experiences, and expertise and get ready to experience conferencing in a whole new way.
