BUILD Equity Action Framework | BUILD Initiative

BUILD Initiative, a partner in the Whole Family Systems Initiative work, created an Equity Action Framework tool. BUILD trained Department of Human Services leaders, staff and seven contracted sites on this equity tool and is teaching and supporting them in applying an equity lens in their work with communities most impacted by disparities to bring more equity to programs and services.

2-Generation Listening Session Report (2020) | Minnesota Department of Human Services

The 2-Gen staff and team designed listening sessions for each of the 2-Gen sites and their partners to understand better how the community was coping with the COVID-19 pandemic and George Floyd's murder. This report compiles the insights, lessons learned and feedback from these sessions. The department hopes this report sheds light on what the human services sector can learn from these uncertain times as we continue forward.
