Expansion Services

Minnesota System of Care will address service gaps and create uniform expectations of service quality and access for statewide expansion. Grant-funded work will focus specifically on services for children and youth with serious mental illness, as well as their families.

Enhancement and expansion of services and supports include:

• Wraparound
• Collaborative Intensive Bridging Services
• Minnesota School-Based Diversion Model
• Innovative Targeted Service Pilots
• Integrated Data System
