Each visual in this dashboard tells a small piece of Minnesota’s story as it responds to the needs of individuals served through partnerships between counties, tribes, local service providers and the Department of Human Services. While the dashboard gives you a snapshot of who we work with and how we pay for programs and services, it does not tell the entire story. Individuals and families have very real and unique experiences. In the future, and as this dashboard evolves, we aim to continue providing snapshots of our work and to improve our collective understanding of how human services in Minnesota impact the lives of our neighbors, friends and family members.
