Chiropractic Resources and MN–ITS Training

In this training, you will learn how to:

• Locate online information, forms and resources
• Find information in the MHCP Provider Manual, including:
  • MHCP provider basic requirements
  • Chiropractic services manual
• Use MN–ITS for the following:
  • Access your mailbox
  • Verify member eligibility
  • Submit prior authorization for chiropractic services
  • Submit claims (837P) for chiropractic services
  • Copy, replace or void claims
  • Check claim status
  • Retrieve and read your remittance advice
• Use the Minnesota Provider Screening and Enrollment (MPSE) portal for the following:
  • Manage user roles
  • Manage address
  • Manage services and credentials

There is no cost for this training.

You must have your MN–ITS username and password to access your MN–ITS account for this training. If you do not have a MN–ITS username or password, contact your organization’s MN–ITS administrator. If your organization has not yet registered for MN–ITS, use your MN–ITS registration letter to register and assign the delegated billing person a username and password before attending this training. Contact the MHCP Provider Resource Center if you need a copy of your letter.

You will receive an email invitation immediately after registering. Please make sure to check spam and junk folders in your email.

Participants will:

• Connect to the webinar from their own computers and do not need special hardware or software
• Communicate with presenters and others in the audience using the chat feature available as part of the webinar session

Participants need the following to attend the webinar sessions:

• Speakers or headset
