Report Card Advisory Group

DHS formed an advisory group to provide input on Assisted Living Report Card development and implementation. The advisory group includes service providers, consumer advocates, lead agencies and partnering agencies, such as the Minnesota Department of Health. DHS holds advisory group meetings every two to three months. Meetings are open to the public. If you would like to attend an upcoming meeting, email dhs.aasd.hcbs@state.mn.us.
