Report Card Advisory Group

An Advisory Group was formed to provide input on different aspects of the Assisted Living Report Card development and implementation process. The Advisory Group consists of approximately 15 members with representatives including service providers, consumer advocates, lead agencies, and partnering agencies such as the Minnesota Department of Health. Advisory Group meetings are held approximately every two to three months. Meetings are open to the public, to those who would like to observe. If you are not a member of the Advisory Group and would like to attend an upcoming meeting, please send a message to dhs.aasd.hcbs@state.mn.us.
