PRTF Resources and MN–ITS Training

In this training, you will learn how to navigate the MHCP Provider Manual. You will also learn how to use MN–ITS for the following:

• Access your mailbox 
• Verify member eligibility
• Submit claims (837I) for PRTF services
• Copy, replace or void claims
• Check claim status
• Retrieve and read your remittance advice

Use the Minnesota Provider Screening and Enrollment (MPSE) Portal for the following:

• Manage user roles
• Manage address
• Manage services and credentials

Sessions are available on the following dates from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and include time for breaks. We will provide the same information on each of the following dates:

• Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2024 - Go to the PRTF Resources and MN–ITS Training Feb. 7, 2024, webpage to register.
• Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2024 - Go to the PRTF Resources and MN–ITS Training Aug. 14, 2024, webpage to register.
• Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024 - Go to the PRTF Resources and MN–ITS Training Nov. 13, 2024, webpage to register.

You must have your MN–ITS username and password to access your MN–ITS account for this training. If you do not have a MN–ITS username or password, contact your organization’s MN–ITS administrator. If your organization has not yet registered for MN–ITS, use your MN–ITS registration letter to register and assign the delegated billing person a username and password before attending this training. Contact the MHCP Provider Resource Center if you need a copy of your letter.

You will receive an email with WebEx information immediately after you register. Please make sure you check your spam and junk folders when you look for this email.

Participants will:

• Connect to the webinar from their own computers and do not need special hardware or software
• Communicate with presenters and others in the audience using the chat feature available as part of the webinar session

Participants need the following to participate through the webinar session:

• Internet access
• Speakers or headset
