Home Care Services Resources and MN–ITS Training

In this training, you will learn how to:

• Locate resources
• Find information in the MHCP Provider Manual, including:
  • MHCP provider basics requirements
  • Home care services overview
• Use MN–ITS for the following:
  • Access your mailbox
  • Verify member eligibility
  • Submit an 837I institutional claim for home care services
  • Check claim status
  • Copy, replace or void claims
  • Retrieve and read a remittance advice

Sessions are available on the following dates from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and include breaks and one hour for lunch. We will provide the same information on each of the following dates:

You must have your MN–ITS username and password to access your MN–ITS account for this training. If you do not have a MN–ITS username or password, contact your organization’s MN–ITS administrator. If your organization has not yet registered for MN–ITS, use your MN–ITS registration letter to register and assign the delegated billing person a username and password before attending this training. Contact the MHCP Provider Resource Center if you need a copy of your letter.

You will receive an email with Webex information immediately after you register. Make sure to check your spam and junk folders when you look for this email.

Participants will: 

• Connect to the webinar from their own computers and do not need special hardware or software.
• Log in to the webinar with your full name that was entered during the registration process.
• Communicate with presenters and others in the audience using the chat feature available as part of the webinar session.

Participants need the following to attend the webinar session:

• Internet access
• Speakers or a headset
