Text messaging policies, terms and conditions

The Minnesota Department of Human Services uses text messages to communicate with program participants, people who may be eligible to receive services, grantees and others. The content of text messages varies based on the reason the recipient receives the message. Examples include important updates and reminders about program benefits and services; important health insurance eligibility information, such as reminders about deadlines or requests for information that state and local agencies need to renew your health care insurance. Each text message program has unique terms and conditions.
