Department of Human Services Health Care Consumer Support phone numbers and addresses
Health Care Consumer Support (HCCS) is an area within the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) and is responsible for assisting MinnesotaCare eligible enrollees. In addition, they also assist Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare fee-for-services enrollees.
