You may ask the child support office to automatically withdraw support and maintenance payments from your checking or savings account if all of these are true:
Complete the Automatic Recurring Withdrawal Authorization Form (PDF) - English to sign up for automatic recurring withdrawal. Attach a blank, voided check or a pre-printed savings deposit ticket to the form, or have a bank representative complete the related section on the form.
After the payment center activates your auto withdrawals, you must maintain a balance in your account to cover the amount of the transfer. If your account has insufficient funds, the payment center will stop future auto withdrawals.
