DHS is seeking for Grantee to Host the Disability Hub MN.

DHS, through its Disability Services Division, is seeking to deliver Disability Hub (Hub) services.

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for 1.5 years, from December 1, 2025 until June 30, 2027, STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
