DHS is seeking to Provide Opioid Epidemic Response Services

DHS in conjunction with the Opiate Epidemic Response Advisory Council (OERAC), through its Behavioral Health Administration, is seeking to provide a range of services aimed at addressing the opioid epidemic in Minnesota.

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for three and a half (3.5) years, from January 1, 2026 until June 30, 2029. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
