DHS is seeking to partner with the Urban American Indian community to identify needed services, key priorities, and barriers that impact access to Home and Community Based Services.
 
DHS, through its Transitions, Tribal and Transformation Division, is seeking to Partner with the Urban American Indian community and organizations to identify needed services, key priorities, and barriers that impact access to Home and Community Based Services.
 
The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for one year, from July 1, 2026 until June 30, 2027. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
