    DHS is seeking to access Technical Assistance Navigating Culturally Specific Substance Use and Recovery Programs 
     
    DHS, through its Behavioral Health Administration, is seeking technical assistance navigating culturally specific and responsive substance use and recovery programs.
     
    The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for 12-months, from July 1, 2026, until June 30, 2027. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
