DHS, through its Office of Strategy & Performance, Chief of Staff Division (STATE), is seeking Professional/Technical (PT) proposals from qualified Responders to hire an external consultant(s) to assess DHS and make long-term recommendations for restructuring the department’s organizational framework, governance, and operating model to more effectively serve as the single state Medicaid agency as administering other state and federal funds for human services.
