FAQ for Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Revalidation

Revalidation refers to the process used by Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) to rescreen providers enrolled with MHCP for continued eligibility. Revalidation can be completed either by using the Minnesota Provider Screening and Enrollment (MPSE) online portal or by faxing documents to MHCP.
