Special Needs Purchasing stakeholder meetings

Public meetings

Special Needs Purchasing is a unit within the Department of Human Services Health Care Administration and holds stakeholder meetings periodically during the year for seniors and people with disabilities in managed care.

Meeting registration and logistics

Register for upcoming stakeholder meetings using the Special Needs Purchasing meeting registration system.

  • Stakeholders may participate in meetings by telephone, in-person or webinar.
  • Registered stakeholders receive an email confirmation with the meeting date, time and location. We will send the webinar phone number and access link by email closer to the meeting date.
  • Stakeholder meetings may be held at the DHS Andersen building or at the DHS Lafayette building. Stakeholders attending a meeting in person at the Lafayette building must sign in at the Information Desk and provide the license number of the vehicle parked in the DHS visitor lot. Accommodations

To request a reasonable accommodation for a meeting, please indicate you have a specific need when prompted within the Special Needs Purchasing meeting registration system. A member of the Special Needs Purchasing team will follow up with you by email.

Subscribe to the email list

By subscribing to the Special Needs Purchasing mailing list, stakeholders receive timely email alerts about upcoming stakeholder meetings for seniors and people with disabilities enrolled in managed care. Stakeholders also receive emails from the Dual Demo News providing the most up to date information about Minnesota’s Demonstration to Integrate Care for Dual Eligibles (Dual Demo).
