IEP Resources and MN–ITS Training

In this training you will learn how to:

• Manage your MN–ITS account
• Access your mailbox 
• Verify subscriber eligibility 
• Submit a direct data entry (DDE) 837P professional claim for IEP services
• Check claim status 
• Copy, replace or void claims
• Retrieve and read your remittance advice

Sessions are conducted by webinar and available on the following dates from 9 a.m. to noon and will include time for a mid-session break. We will provide the same information on each of the following dates. To register, select the link for the date you wish to attend.

You must have your MN–ITS username and password to access your MN–ITS account for this training. If you do not have a MN–ITS username or password, contact your organization’s MN–ITS administrator. If your organization has not yet registered for MN–ITS, use your MN–ITS registration letter to register and assign the delegated billing person a username and password before attending this training. Contact the MHCP Provider Resource Center if you need a copy of your letter.

We recommend providers attend the Provider Basics training offered monthly before attending this session.

Participants will:

• Connect to the webinar from their own computers and do not need special computer hardware or software.
• Communicate with presenters and others in the audience using the chat feature available as part of the webinar session.

• Computer speakers or headset
