- Chemical Dependency/New Moon Supportive Housing: Provides chemical dependency assessments and treatment services (case management, outpatient treatment, counseling, community gatherings, etc.) to members of Bois Forte Band and community.

- Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Assessment
- Waiver Services: Provides long-term care consultation to determine eligibility for any of five waivers designed to help elder sand people with disabilities stay in their homes and communities.

Addictions and Dependencies Program
- Addictions and Dependency Program: Provides assessment and treatment for substance abuse disorders, as well as domestic violence prevention services for Leech Lake Band members and other Natives living on the reservation.
- Adolescent Outpatient: Provides culturally supportive and structured treatment and education to youth (ages 12 to 18) dealing with alcohol/drug dependency.
- AhnjiBeMahDis House (Change your way of life): Halfway house for chemically dependent men (usually coming from primary treatment center or hospital) striving to lead an alcohol/chemical-free life.
- Assessment Unit: Provides Rule 25 assessments for Natives (and non-Natives living with Native families) for those within the boundaries of Leech Lake Reservation.
- Family Violence Prevention: Supports individuals affected by family violence, and strives to help empower each person in gaining freedom from violence and abuse.
- Outpatient Treatment: Program to meet therapeutic needs of men aged 18+ struggling with chemical dependency. Clients are placed according to Rule 25 assessment.
- Recovery Maintenance: Abstinence-based, culturally sensitive treatment. Integrates group therapy, individual counseling, and connecting clients to community resources to help in the healing process. This is a step down program that generally lasts up to 12 months.
- Relapse Prevention: Abstinence-based, culturally sensitive programming with components regarding relapse prevention. Intermediate intensity with a minimum 12-week requirement of services.
- Women’s Halfway House: Designed to treat alcohol or chemically dependent women holistically with a Native American 12-step approach. Provides individual and group counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, and relapse education, along with special focus on trauma, grief, and loss.
- Women’s Services: Offers culturally sensitive and reflective service to women in need of chemical dependency services and domestic violence prevention.
Child Welfare
- Adoption Services: Finds adoptive homes for Leech Lake children eligible for adoption via Child Protection.
- Child Abuse Prevention: Provides traditional and cultural activities related to child abuse prevention for the Leech Lake Reservation community.
- Child Protection: Provides assessment, case management, and family support services to ensure the safety, permanency, and well-being of the tribe’s children.
- Family Preservation: Offers short-term services to families experiencing a dilemma or lack of resources that could jeopardize family stability. Services include case management, child abuse prevention, family based education, individual & family counseling, and truancy intervention.
- Foster Care: Provide foster care licensing for Native families on or near Leech Lake Reservation. Seeks extended family members or other Native families to care for children needing out-of-home placement.
- Parent Support Outreach Program: Pilot program that offers early intervention services for families reported for child maltreatment that seeks to build on strengthening the family unit.
- Truancy Prevention: Provides services to prevent students from being introduced to the court system due to unexcused absences.
- Youth Living Skills: Designed for children in the foster care system that will soon be aging out. Assist these young adults to make the transition to self-sufficiency.
Other Programs
- Leech Lake Behavioral Health Services: Provides holistic services (assessment, case management, therapy, ARMHS, etc.) to those determined eligible to receive services. Accepts referrals by medical provider or facility, court, and/or self.
- Urban Child Welfare Program: Operates satellite office for the Leech Lake Child Welfare Department in the seven-county metro area and other surrounding counties.
- Lyman “DeDe” Losh Transitional Home: Provides alcohol and drug-free temporary emergency shelter to enrolled tribal members, their spouses and/or caregivers of enrolled LLBO children. Offers life skills training and cultural programming to residents.

- Circle of Health: Tribal member benefit program that pays for deductibles, co-insurance, copays, and premiums; serves as payer of last resort

  Psychiatry/Psychology Services oversees adult psychiatry, adult psychology and child psychiatry services provided to members of the SMSC. Behavioral Health provides services that touch Community members across a wide range of ages and situations, from child therapy beginning at age 4 to chemical dependency counseling for adults, to mental health services for the elderly. In support of individuals and families, the Behavioral Health Department offers couples counseling, parent coaching, family therapy, and assessment and treatment for disorders such as depression and anxiety.

- Supplemental Youth Employment Program
- Direct Employment Assistance Program: Assists enrolled White Earth members that have accepted full-time permanent employment with immediate financial assistance as they start employment and await first payroll check.
- 477 Program: Assists adult and youth enrolled members and descendants seeking employment or recently employed in obtaining job skills and find/retain employment.
- Employment and Training Re-Entry Program: Provides services to White Earth tribal members pursuing and maintaining employment with Shooting Star Casino. - MFIP/DWP Employment and Training Program: Employment services for enrolled tribal members eligible for MFIP or DWP.
- TERO - Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance: Tribal enforcement and compliance program that monitors employees to ensure that White Earth enrolled members and Indians of federally recognized tribes access employment and claim a fair share of jobs and business opportunities on and off the reservation.
Financial Services: Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) helps eligible Minnesotans get the food they need for sound nutrition and well-balanced meals.
