Join our User Insight Panel
Your feedback is essential as we begin a multiyear project to improve how we share information with you. To that end, we invite you to join a User Insight Panel to guide continuous improvement of our information strategy. All activities are optional, and you can participate as much or as little as you like.
Panel activities include
- Online user testing of website navigation and organization (less than a 15 minute time commitment)
- User tests or surveys that include open-ended questions for more detailed feedback (15-30-minute time commitment)
- Focus groups to help us fully understand your needs and ways we can better meet them
- An opportunity to participate in beta testing (i.e., to preview) changes to online communications so we can see how users navigate and interact with them.
