Patient has tried and failed at least 3 different traditional NSAIDs, one of which must be generically available diclofenac.
Quantity Limit = 102 capsules (applies to all strengths)
ZORVOLEX™ is an NSAID indicated for treatment of mild to moderate acute pain in adults. It is supplied as 18 mg and 35 mg capsules, at a cost of $2.50 per capsule. Generic diclofenac is available at $0.36 - $0.47 per capsule.
