Elizabeth Roe

Elizabeth Roe, director of Management Operations in Children and Family Services, is responsible for managing biennial and operational budgeting, continuity planning, enterprise risk management, performance measurements and special projects for Children and Family Services.

 

Prior to working with the Minnesota Department of Human Services, Roe worked for the Minnesota Department of Children, Families and Learning as a financial policy consultant. She also worked at the Office of Economic Opportunity as a program specialist. Roe started at the Minnesota Department of Human Services as the department’s Child Care and Assistance Program manager. She worked for the Child Care and Assistance Program for 10 years.  

 

She earned a Masters of Arts at the Hubert Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minn.
