You will receive an email confirming receipt of your Compensation Support Transition Grant application from the Department of Human Services (DHS) within one hour of submission. The confirmation email is the only official notice that your Compensation Support Transition Grant application was received by DHS, this webpage does not guarantee that your Compensation Support Transition Grant application was received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk or SPAM folder. If you still do not find the confirmation email, contact Child Care Aware of MN (CCA) at 651-290-9704 or by email at supportfunds@childcareawaremn.org to confirm your Compensation Support Transition Grant application was received by DHS. Providers must reach out to CCA within one week of the date they submitted their Compensation Support Transition Grant application to inquire about their confirmation email if they have not received one.
