Approval criteria
- Patient has a diagnosis of ocular hypertension or open-angle glaucoma AND
- Patient has tried and failed an ophthalmic beta-blocker AND
- Patient has tried and failed Azopt or dorzolamide used in combination with timolol AND
- Patient has a documented clinical need for a preservative free product
